About this project

Creation of a space that reflects the colors of the city of Osaka with AI and human sensitivity KiQ was in charge of the direction of the "Japan Design Zone," a special space in the Shinsaibashi PARCO building that reopened after a 10-year absence.
Inspired by Osaka's cityscape, KiQ took photos of each city and worked with AI to create an algorithm for the color scheme.
A new form of fusion between humans and AI was introduced by data visualizing the art and ceiling.
For the murals, we collaborated with a contemporary artist, Akira Yanagisawa, and incorporated our unique color scheme rules and aesthetics into the unique Japanese color scheme of kasane, or the colors of the streets of Midosuji, Dotonbori, and Amerika-mura in Osaka.
The furniture is interlocked with the design of the ceiling, reminiscent of the neon lights and billboards in the streets of Osaka.
In creating the overall world view, we sought to solidify our inspiration to brighten people's spirits.
